By making purchases from, and use this site so you agree to these terms. We therefore ask you to carefully read the terms and conditions and before using our site.

Prices and Payment
Each be provided with the price including VAT. In the basket you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, delivery and payment.
Payment terms are specified in the basket depend on the chosen method of payment.
Shipping terms are specified in the basket depend on the selected shipping method. Payment is made in cooperation with Payson AB, Mondido and Paypal inc.

Return Policy
Your withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your notice to us must be clear that you regret. The cooling-off period starts the day you received the goods or a substantial part of it. If the contract is a specially made to be – or be with a distinct personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we left the details.

You have no right of withdrawal if:

Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or if we have packed the wrong. Returns must be sent by mail or packages, not COD. For exchanges, we will pay the new shipment from us to you.

Repayment Obligation
We will, if you use your right, pay back what you paid for the item immediately or within 30 days from the date we received the goods or, if it is a service, the message that you changed your mind. You will have to pay the return costs when sending goods back. We always pay back the cost of returning the so-called substitute goods.

Force majeure
L’ARGANT shall be exempt from civil liability or other sanctions as a result of circumstances beyond L’ARGANT’s control. As such circumstances considered government intervention, new / amended laws, wars, fires, floods, interruption of work, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, lack of delivery from suppliers or L’ARGANT or its partners would be vulnerable to criminal activity.

L’ARGANT responsibility for errors in connection with the supply is limited in accordance with the terms of delivery of the shipment, and what follows from these conditions. L’ARGANT has no liability for indirect losses (eg. Ex. Loss of downtime, data loss, additional work or other forms of financial loss).

All products remain L’ARGANT’s property until full payment is made.

We reserve that may be changes in these conditions but we need to inform about it. It is up to the customer to make sure to be informed of these conditions.
